Save Me San Cisco!

You know when you listen to music simply for the reason that it makes you happy? Well, San Cisco is definitely perfect for that! Up-and-coming, alternative-pop band San Cisco has recently begun their ‘Beach’ tour of Australia to showcase their new album. Beginning on the Sunshine Coast, the group will work their way around Australia in what is sure to be a fun and energetic tour for all those involved!

The Western Australian group have previously released two EPs, titled Golden Revolver and Awkward, however this is their first full album, giving fans something to celebrate! San Cisco’s self-titled album, released in November 2012, continues the individual musical style previously demonstrated by San Cisco, with a variety of interesting instruments and catchy beats. It’s nice to have some harmonising throughout the album, as we didn’t really get much of that with their hit song Awkward, which made it to mainstream radio during mid-2012.

The fun vibe of their EPs continues into this album, with their new song Lyall definitely reflecting the quirky elements that made us first take notice of San Cisco. Standouts of the new album are definitely the songs Beach and Fred Astaire, but in general the album is full of likeable songs, promising fans a great tour experience. In general, San Cisco is performing in small venues around
Australia, so tickets are reasonably priced and it will definitely be worth your while!

Do it! Their music is so fresh and awesome that you will definitely smile when you hear it, and if you don’t, then either:

1   1.  You don’t like being happy, or;
2   2.  You don’t like being happy.

Here is a link for Fred Astaire, one of their newer songs. It’s so catchy, here, listen! You know you want to!
